With its 54 sqm, it combines the charm of the past with modern comfort, offering functional spaces carefully designed down to the smallest detail.
The spacious living room features a dining table, chairs, a comfortable double sofa bed and satellite TV. The kitchen, designed to combine tradition and practicality, is fully equipped with fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher and everything you need to cook and enjoy the home freely.
From the French door you can access the private garden, where a small table with chairs allows you to have lunch or dinner outdoors, enjoying the peace and the surrounding greenery.
The double bedroom, furnished with a wrought-iron bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and console, is designed to guarantee rest and comfort. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin and hairdryer.
The apartment is completed with bed, bathroom and kitchen linen.
