Podere il Corniolino offers two independent and fully self-contained apartments, designed to ensure comfort, privacy, and relaxation immersed in the Casentino countryside.
The Ginestra apartment, located on the upper floor, and the Erica apartment, both meticulously designed, are ideal for an authentic holiday, immersed in silence, nature, and family hospitality.

How to reach us

From the South

A1 motorway, Arezzo exit.
Head towards Casentino (our valley), the main town being Bibbiena.
Once in Bibbiena, follow signs for Soci, then Poppi.
Then follow signs for Lierna and then the signs for “Podere il Corniolino”.

From the North

A1 motorway, FIRENZE sud exit.
Head towards Pontassieve, take the Consuma Pass (1,050 m above sea level)
(beautiful views of the Casentino area) to Poppi.
Then follow signs for Soci, then Lierna, and then the signs for “Podere il Corniolino”.

Important Information
  • All prices exclude heating and cleaning services.
  • Daily supplement for each dog €7.50
  • Weekly supplement for each dog €45.00
  • Rates are per apartment, including VAT.
  • Check-in by 4:00 PM | Check-out by 10:00 AM
  • Mandatory final cleaning for: stays less than a week €35.00, for weekly stays €60.00
  • Tourist tax to be paid on site in cash (€2.00 per day/per person for the first 4 nights)
Cancellation policies
  • The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount.
  • In case of cancellation of the reservation, the deposit will still be retained with an extended validity of 6 months for another possible stay.

  • La prenotazione sarà confermata con il ricevimento di una caparra pari al 30% dell'importo totale
  • In caso di cancellazione della prenotazione la caparra sarà comunque trattenuta con una validità prolungata di 6 mesi per altro eventuale soggiorno

  • Supplemento giornaliero ciascun cane 7,50€
  • Supplemento settimanale ciascun cane 45,00€
  • Le tariffe si intendono per appartamento, inclusa iva.
  • Check-in entro le ore 16:00 | Check-out entro le ore 10:00
  • Pulizia finale obbligatoria per: soggiorni inferiori alla settimana 35,00€, per soggiorni settimanali 60,00€
  • Tassa di soggiorno da pagare in loco in contanti ( euro 2,00 al giorno/a persona per i primi 4 pernottamenti )
